The characters wore simple clothing; brown overalls and the women wore a red sash around their waists. These clothes showed that they were no one important and the brown was a dull colour to represent their dull lives and lack off identity. They made sharp simple movements to emphasise their strict life style. At some points in the play they remained still e. g. when the film was on in the background. This showed how they listened to the rules. The lighting was plain white lights, which they flashed when there was danger e. g. when Julia and Winston got caught. These simple lights showed the simple life style. Big Brother was not shown. It was a thing known by the characters. The big screens sometimes showed what Big Brother was watching. This was a good way of saying that Big Brother is watching you. We were left in to guess who was who. Everyone moved in an order apart from Winston, the rebel. All the characters sounded like robots, whereas Winston spoke with a carefree attitude to show that he didnt want to live by the rules. Analysis and Discussion Any mess in the Wall Street is defined for this paper as one causing the stock prices of companies list in major stock exchanges of the US to fall and that it resulted to losses to investors. To have reasonable basis to blame fair value accounting for any Wall Street mess, does not simply mean that fair value accounting was the necessary cause of fall in the prices of corporate stocks but that the requirement of fair value accounting must not be fair. The question that must be decided therefore is whether fair value accounting is fair as basis of valuing corporate assets, liabilities and equity. A situation or condition is fair if it gives what is due to a person. If the concept of fair value is used in the context of an asset purchased or liability assumed in business, fair value implies that said asset or liability must neither be overpriced nor underpriced whether perceived or otherwise. The law of economics would have fair value as one representing that market price or that equilibrium price of a product or service (Samuelson and Nordhaus, 1992) which is also the value of something from a seller that is not forced to sell or from a buyer that is not forced to buy. Investors, creditors, and other persons expect to be treated fairly as they enter into transactions in terms of value that they will give in exchange to what they will receive. It also serves as perhaps the most direct example of the inseparable tie between events of the author's life with the psychological evolution of his protagonists, as well as lesser characters, through the criminal minds of Raskolnikov, Rogozhin, Stavrogin, and Smerdyakov, and into the familial relationships of The Brother's Karamazov.2 Traditional interpretation of literature from a psychoanalytic standpoint has relied extensively upon the work of Sigmund Freud. In the case of Dostoevsky, however, this method is both anachronistic and inadequate. Dostoevsky's great works, considered individually or holistically, though fictional, established him as one of the forefathers of psychoanalysis, and a predecessor to Freud.3 Indeed Freud himself acknowledged that "the poets" discovered the unconscious before he did,4 stating further in a letter to Stefan Zweig, "Dostoevsky 'cannot be understood without psychoanalysis- i.e., he isn't in need of it because he illustrates it himself in every character and every sentence.'"5 There is, however, a complementary relationship between Dostoevsky and Freud brought about through the striking clinical accuracy of psychological traits exhibited both individually in Dostoevsky's characters, as well as in reflecting the author's own mental processes. Thus, it is necessary first to exami ne Freud as a point of departure before looking at modern alternatives of psychoanalytical method. The target consumers for the services are being enumerated as the elite class of people looking for a ride on the sea. The problem lies in the fact that the consumers or the couples bearing a child cannot take the services that are being offered by the organization. Therefore, it restricts the product or the service offering to a limited range of people. It can be taken as one of the major weaknesses that the company might face, as the competitors in the market, who have not narrowed the scope might get hold of the market that the concerned company might lose (Martin, McNally Kay, 2013 ). Opportunities that the company has got is the expansion of its services beyond the restricted boundaries of the nation. Breaking the borders help the company in finding consumers that are looking for just the services that the company is rendering. The most important consideration that the company must undertake in order to make use of the resources is based on the criteria of the service that the company is aiming at providing to the people. The threats faced by the company are based on the competition that the company faces in the market. The quality of the services that are being provided by the company is an important consideration that the company undertakes in order to understand the important aspects of the retention of the consumers (Naud, 2013). Monitoring over the quality and the quantity of the services that are being provided to the clients helps the company in making the significant progress in the market (Kirzner, 2015). According to the Blue Ocean strategies that are being undertaken in order to understand the necessary steps the company is required to take steps in order to differentiate the products and the services delivered by them and their competitors (Kiss, Danis Cavusgil, 2012). The Blue Ocean strategies denote that the company differentiates between the products and the prices at which they are available between the companies in order to determine the best option that is being taken by the consumers (Koellinger Roy Thurik, 2012). The most important consideration undertaken by the concerned company is the competitive pricing strategy it has. It assures the company with a competitive advantage over the other companies in the market. The study of the situation of the company and the example of the famous entrepreneur in the discussion has helped me in understanding the roles played by the entrepreneur in managing the operations of the organization (Storey, 2016). Creativity and intellect plays a major role in the process, but the most used criteria of the entrepreneurship is based on the autonomous control over the organization. The correct forms of decision that is being taken by the organizations help in making the significant progress depending on the requirements of the organization and its target consumers (McKenzie Woodruff, 2013). The most important criteria that facilitates the kind of strategic planning is the intellect and therefore I have received a lot through the study of the operations of the selected organization, and I look forward to implement the modifications in order to undertake enhancements in the organization level. The organizational behavior that is being portrayed in the study and the o rganizations success based on the principles of motivation and management of the entrepreneurs is an important consideration, which I have observed. The changes that I have observed in the days is being based on the study that was undertaken so long. It is to make sure that the decisions of the organization, I am into, is been taken autonomously. The discretion in the risk taking factors that I previously used to avoid is no more an issue that restricts my decisions. The changes have been huge as the entrepreneur, his struggle to become the entrepreneur since his boyhood days influenced me, and now I feel I too can take some decisions in order to make the processes more simplified and engaged.
